NBC footage uncovered in 2019 shows Trump and Epstein partying at Mar-a-Lago with NFL cheerleaders. Trump is heard whispering to Epstein about women, pointing out one as "hot."
Detailed analysis of flight logs confirms Trump flew on Epstein’s plane (Tail No. N908JE) on at least:
* Logs do not confirm travel to Little St. James Island.
"I’ve known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy. He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side."
Deposition of Virginia Giuffre (Survivor)
Q: Where did you meet Ghislaine Maxwell?
A: I was a spa attendant at Mar-a-Lago. She came into the locker room... that is where she recruited me to give massages to Epstein.
Nexus: Recruitment occurred on Trump property.
When asked about Ghislaine Maxwell's arrest for sex trafficking minors, then-President Trump stated from the podium:
"I wish her well. I've met her numerous times."

THE "PLAYBOOK"
"You don’t sell products, benefits or solutions — you sell feelings."
Sales staff were instructed to pressure students (often elderly) to max out credit cards to pay $35,000 for "Gold Elite" mentorships.
THE LIE
Teachers were "hand-picked" by Trump.
Fact: Trump admitted under oath he never met most instructors. One instructor was a former manager at Buffalo Wild Wings.
In 2018, the NY Attorney General forced the dissolution of Trump's charitable foundation, citing a "shocking pattern of illegality."

ATLANTIC CITY: TAJ MAHAL
After the Trump Taj Mahal casino slid into bankruptcy, records show Trump’s company owed roughly $70 million to more than 250 contractors and vendors. Many small businesses say they were paid only pennies on the dollar, if at all, while the casino continued operating under court protection.
CORPORATE BANKRUPTCIES
Between 1991 and 2009, Trump-branded casino and hotel entities filed for six separate Chapter 11 bankruptcies. The restructurings helped Trump shed debt and preserve branding rights, while bondholders, investors, and local suppliers absorbed large losses.
LAWSUITS OVER NON-PAYMENT
A national investigation of court records and liens found dozens of lawsuits, mechanics’ liens, and complaints from workers and small firms claiming Trump or his companies refused to pay in full for work performed—ranging from a dishwasher to glass companies, carpet suppliers, plumbers, painters, and servers at his properties.
EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT LOSSES
In a class-action case tied to a casino bankruptcy, employees alleged the company encouraged them to invest retirement savings in Trump casino stock, then forced them to sell near the bottom as the company collapsed—locking in heavy losses for more than 400 workers while executives and consultants were paid fees.
After the death of family patriarch Fred Trump Sr., multiple relatives accused Donald Trump and his siblings of manipulating the estate to their advantage.
Mary Trump’s Allegations
Niece Mary L. Trump filed a civil suit claiming her uncles and aunt concealed the true value of her inheritance, using complex valuations and buyout agreements to “siphon” tens of millions she says she was owed. A judge later dismissed the case on legal grounds such as timing, not by affirming that the family’s conduct was proper.
Medical Benefits Cut Off
In a separate family dispute, Fred Trump III has said that after he and his siblings challenged the estate, the Trump family ended the medical coverage that helped pay for care for his severely disabled son. The coverage had been provided under a corporate health plan tied to the family business.
In a 2024 memoir, nephew Fred C. Trump III recounts a conversation in which Donald Trump allegedly suggested that people with severe disabilities—including Fred’s own son—“should just die” because of the cost of their care.
This allegation echoes earlier reporting about the termination of medical benefits during the estate fight, and has been cited by advocates as an example of how power over money and health care was used inside the family.
Article I, Section 9, Clause 8: The Foreign Emoluments Clause
A 2024 report by House Oversight Democrats, based on subpoenaed documents from a Trump accounting firm, concluded that foreign governments spent at least $7.8 million at Trump properties while he was President.
The Supreme Court dismissed emoluments lawsuits in 2021 as moot on the technical ground that Trump had left office, without ever ruling on whether accepting these payments violated the Constitution’s ban on foreign emoluments.
